香巴拉原則
「隨著我對父親（創巴仁波切）所教之體驗的成長，我對本初善的理解變得較少概念性、而更具經驗性。我開始看到，雖然『地、水、火、風』各有不同的特質，它們的展現總在不斷變化，但它們的本質是相同的，如同陽光在映照一顆鑽石表面上閃閃發光。在這些元素中有一種龐大範圍的溝通力量。『溝通』是一條以和諧來運作的雙行道。每個人都具有不同的臉龐、不同的身形，但不知何故，我們的心卻是十分類似的。從我們的心來表達，同時也了解到我們都擁有相同的心，可產生那幫助人們實現其智慧與慈悲的和諧感。最終的結果將是自由解脫。」
"As I grew to experience what he was teaching me, my understanding of basic goodness became less conceptual and more experiential. I began to see that while earth, air, fire, and water have different qualities, and how they manifest is always changing, their essence is the same, like sunlight sparkling on a diamond. There’s a tremendous range of communicative power within these elements. Communication is a two-way street that runs on harmony. Everybody has a different face and a different shape, but somehow our hearts are all very similar. Expressing with our heart, while understanding that we all have the same heart, creates the harmony to help people realize their wisdom and compassion. The end result is freedom."
