帕秋仁波切：你真正的家，是尊嚴

尊嚴是你真正的家，一個你總是可以回返之處，而不管生命出現什麼狀況。你可能獲得拔擢或遭到降職，你可能快樂或悲傷，你可能過得相當辛苦或一帆風順。如果你安住在尊嚴這個家裡，以你的善心為基地，以你的自心本性為基地，就能注意到任何正在發生的事，並且適當回應。

 

Dignity is the true home to which you can always return, regardless of whatever circumstances may arise in your life. You may receive a promotion or a demotion. You may be happy or sad. You may be struggling or at peace. When you are at home in your dignity-staying grounded in your good heart, in your mind's true nature-you can notice whatever is happening and respond appropriately.
