Pilgrimage to Tsogyal Latso & Central Tibet (TAR) August 25 - September 12, 2014
We're celebrating and it's manifesting! Our 2014 Tsogyal Latso and Tibet pilgrimage website is now online! Please browse, imagine the experience, and apply or contact us if you're hearing the call! AS Rumi said, Come, come, come....
This will be our fifth pilgrimage to the sacred sites of Khandro Yeshe Tsogyal, the Nyingma tradition, and the holy city of Lhasa. This year, the itinerary includes, for the first time, a three-day retreat at Tsogyal Latso, birthplace of Khandro Yeshe Tsogyal.
Although we travel as a group, your pilgrimage will be a personal journey as you discover your deeper connection to Dharma and new levels of understanding which only a pilgrimage can offer.
To me, as a lama, it's very important that Dharma not be limited to an intellectual understanding acquired from books and teachers. Dharma is a state of being. It is an experience. Experiencing the places where the greatest mahasiddhas and philosophers have lived, where their energies and blessings still remain, awakens your karmic propensities and boosts you to a new level of faith and practice, much like receiving an initiation or empowerment.
Please know that we are happy to connect with you and to assist you however we can. Mangalam!—Lama Yeshe Wangmo |

Photography is a sort of meditation for me. It slows me down so I can really appreciate the various forms in the world. I think of this as an act of kindness in and of itself. When I returned from Tibet in 2013, I wanted to share the images and experiences, so I began making photo cards and giving them away as gifts. The response was very positive and so I thought, how wonderful, maybe I can offer these photos cards as a way to support the Tsogyal Latso nuns. —Lauren Phillips |
